How do I log into my account and access my OnDemand/Live Webcast courses?
Log into your account by using your SC Bar Username and Password. You may log in from the SC Bar Home Page or click here. Once you’re logged in, hover over “Shop CLE,” “On-Demand CLE” then click on “Access Your Program.” When setting up a password or re-setting a password, please DO NOT use unusual characters as @%$# etc.
May I Pause the Program at any time?
Yes, you may pause the course at any time (Note: if you pause for more than 10 minutes, the program will automatically start from the beginning and you cannot fast forward). If you need a longer break, click the Stop button. Restart using the Resume button. You MUST view the entire program to receive ANY CLE credit.
My program has stopped. What is my solution?
First, be sure you’re connected to the internet. Second, try refreshing your browser and then going back and play where you left off. Next, our programs work with all devices and browsers, but try using Google Chrome or FireFox if you are using a different browser. You must start and complete your program on the same device.
Finally, if you’re still experiencing video technical issues, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-866-702-3278.
How do I receive a certificate?
First, you MUST hit all (up to four) checkpoints. At the end of the program you will need to wait for a pop-up screen with instructions on how to download your Certificate of Completion. We cannot submit your attendance to the SC Commission on CLE & Specialization until you have completed the steps above. Once you have completed those steps?we run a generated paper report and send over to the SC Commission on CLE & Specialization. We have 30 days to report your attendance.?
How long is my program available to launch and view?
You have 30 days from the purchase date to complete your program, before expiration; no exceptions.
What are the Rules and Limitations for Alternatively Delivered Medium programming?
Click here?for a complete set of rules that are outlined by the SC Supreme Court Commission on CLE & Specialization. As of May 1st, 2019 you are only allowed up to 8.0 hours per compliance period via ADM. Hours earned via Alternatively Delivered Medium may not be “banked” to the next reporting period.
